ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA. — The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Compliance and Awareness Program Unit (CAP) arrested convicted sex offenders Andrew Marras, IV, 39, 205 Moss Street, #7, Lake Charles, and Leapecous J. Celestine, Jr., 31, 7104 Bowman Road, Iowa, after an investigation revealed both had moved without notifying the proper authorities within three days, as required by law for all registered sex offenders.

Both were booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

Marras, who was convicted of molestation of a juvenile in September 2000 in Cameron Parish and also convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in Calcasieu Parish in January 2010 and March 2011, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender 3rd offense and Judge Clayton Davis set his bond at $15,000.

Celestine, who was convicted of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in August 2003 in Calcasieu Parish, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender and Judge Richard Wilson set his bond at $10,000.
