ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — At approximately 2:00 a.m. this morning, a Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a traffic stop on a car in the area of Highway 3059 and Yvonne Street in Lake Charles for a traffic violation.

When the deputy spoke with the driver of the car, Ricky Martinez, 42, 5007 Spruce Forest, Houston, Texas, he began to act suspiciously.
